  • Biannual supply chain meetings – fostering knowledge exchange on key industry topics like the Building Safety Act.
  • Continuous improvement programme – including annual business-to-business (B2B) reviews to assess performance, align on future goals, and identify growth opportunities.

Supplier Notice – Verification Process

We have been made aware of recent fraudulent activity involving third parties falsely representing our business and attempting to place orders for goods on credit, often requesting delivery to unauthorised or non-existent construction sites.

To help protect all parties, please be aware of the following:

  • We do not request goods or materials on credit without a formal agreement in place.
  • We do not arrange deliveries to new or temporary sites without prior written confirmation and the appropriate contractual documentation.
  • All official communication is sent from our registered email domain: @baxallconstruction.co.uk. Please check addresses carefully for any inconsistencies or alterations.

 

Any requests relating to:

  • New credit accounts
  • Changes to delivery locations
  • Urgent or unusual orders

should always be independently verified using the contact details listed on our website.

If you receive any communication that does not align with the above, please do not proceed. Instead, contact us directly to confirm its legitimacy.
