Health, Safety And Wellbeing

Core Commitment

At Baxall, health and safety are non-negotiable. We uphold an exemplary health and safety record and adopt a zero tolerance approach to poor practice across all our operations, including within our supply chain. Our commitment to safety is rooted in our core values and captured in our strapline: ‘Buildings Built on Teamwork’. This ethos drives a collaborative, safety-first culture that is embedded in every part of our business.

Supporting Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing

We are deeply committed to mental health awareness and proudly maintain our Lighthouse Club membership. An impressive 29% of Baxall staff are trained as Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA), with an additional 14 employees completing voluntary MHFA half-day training. This demonstrates our proactive approach to supporting mental health and wellbeing across the business.
