Rochester Independent College – Completion

Last month we successfully handed over the newly refurbished building to Rochester Independent College. It was converted from three buildings of historical importance into student accommodation with 49 bedrooms, all with ensuites, circulation spaces, and an Art Block for photography and textiles.
