Overview
The project at Royal Victoria Place Car Park is the full refurbishment of the existing 9 storey car park facility for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
The works include the structural and concrete repairs, waterproofing, expansion joints, resurfacing and redecoration to all areas.
The lighting and fire alarm systems are all being upgraded to meet current regulations and enhanced signage installed.
Car park levels are being completed and handed back to the client ahead of the agreed programme and to the highest quality with positive comments being received from clients, residents and car park users.
The team are working with the client to design a scheme that will include over 950 PV panels installed on a steel frame to the upper levels of the car park that will generate energy to be used in the shopping centre.
