Partial Handover – Royal Victoria Place Car Park, Tunbridge Wells
We’re pleased to confirm the successful handover of Level 2 of the Royal Victoria Place Car Park, delivered ahead of programme following a 6-week full car park closure. A big thank you to our very grateful client, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, and the Car Park team for their support and collaboration throughout.
The works included:
Concrete and structural repairs
Anti-slip flooring to car park surface and ramps
Installation of new lighting and fire alarm systems
Full decoration throughout and updated signage
And while we can’t take credit for the colour scheme, we couldn’t help but notice it perfectly matches the Baxall brand colours, purely coincidental, of course!
This achievement reflects the excellent teamwork between all stakeholders, our valued supply chain and the dedicated Baxall site team. Special recognition goes to Site Manager Lukman Olasunkanmi and Assistant Site Manager Doug Medhurst.
