All in a day’s work, Managing Director Malcolm Clark took part in a filmed interview on site this morning at The Lenham School in Kent. The Institution of Engineering & Technology are putting together a series of filmed case studies focusing on SMEs and upskilling. Representing the construction industry, Baxall were selected with Malcolm discussing the company strategy for improvement and growth. This included BIM, MMC, sustainability, staff training and development, all of which are being clearly demonstrated on this impressive project.
