Baxall’s latest project award for Sevenoaks Preparatory School has been formally launched with a ground-breaking ceremony. Baxall secured the £3m contract to construct the prestigious new Centenary Centre which will comprise modern teaching facilities in addition to an inspiring central Prep community space housing a café, library and seminar areas. Chairman Nigel Exall, Contracts Manager Alan Leigh and Site Manager Mick Faloyo attended the school’s morning assembly alongside the consultant design team where they were introduced to the students and answered questions. The ground-breaking ceremony was held thereafter in the school grounds to officially launch the build of the new Centre, aliased ‘Heart for The Prep’. Works will shortly begin on site with planned completion and handover scheduled for late Autumn 2019.
