The new school building at Robsack Wood Primary School in Hastings is another impressive completion for Baxall’s Team 3.  Handed over both on time and budget, the building provides the school with new modern and spacious teaching and welfare facilities.

The project was procured under the Sussex Cluster Framework with Baxall’s winning bid providing an off-site modular STREIF build solution. This tried, tested and preferred system generated numerous cost, time and sustainability efficiencies for the client, evident in an impressive air tight recording of 1.58 and A-rated EPC score.

Delivered on a logistically challenging and occupied school site, the project ran well with good relations maintained by Site Manager Ian Spink. The team will remain on site for the near future as they complete the works to the external play area and landscaping.
