Following a start on site in November, works are already ahead of programme at Langley Park Primary School near Maidstone. Secured under the Kent Construction Framework, the project to design and construct a new extension will increase the school capacity from 1FE to 2FE. Baxall are delivering the scheme once again using BIM and an MMC off-site solution and have capitalised on early engagement thus achieving additional programme savings. The new extension is scheduled for handover in June 2018, enabling the school to enjoy their new facilities ahead of the Summer vacation period.
