The impressive Holborough Lakes Primary School has now been handed over to a delighted client. As part of the Basic Needs Programme for Kent County Council, this new build school sits within the new housing development at Holborough Lakes in Snodland, Kent.

Delivered by Team 2, the project was one of three schools Kent County Council are building for Valley Invicta Schools. The 2 storey 1FE Primary School was constructed from piled foundations, a steel frame and steel Metsec external walls.

The project was a traditional design and build running in contrast to Baxall’s similar development at Knights Park Primary School in Tunbridge Wells, which is being constructed using modern methods of construction, namely the STREIF System.
