Baxall’s refurbishment project at Grade II Listed Hastings Library is progressing well as the team continue to focus upon the essential external repair and upgrade works. Reconstruction of the tracery windows and pediment arch are underway, whilst internally, decoration and works are being carried out to accommodate the Council’s Hastings Parking Team within the finished building. The project remains on target for opening in Spring 2018.
