Inducted to all staff and suppliers, our Quality Manual details our procedures and protocol for ensuring the first class delivery of our projects to exceptional standards and the continued satisfaction of our clients. Our staff are trained both in a professional and safety capacity and our local supply chain partners are regularly vetted and briefed to ensure our professional standards are maintained and understood.
We are committed to continuous improvement and undertake planned and ad-hoc audits both on our sites and at Head Office. Our approach to quality is collaborative with our delivery partners and we carry out 360° project reviews and “Lessons Learnt” workshops in this respect. We register all our sites with the Considerate Constructors Scheme and obtain regular client and end-user feedback; all data is utilised as KPIs for measurement, analysis, monitoring, review and improvement.
Throughout each contract we promote a “Right First Time”‘ and “Zero Defects”‘ culture to our delivery teams and utilise lean construction methods such as Last Planner to achieve defect minimisation and programme targets. Post completion, we provide dedicated aftercare including comprehensive handovers, user inductions and refresher training bespoke to each and every client requirement.
