We have been repeatedly recognised for our people management since joining IIP in 2000, and received IIP Gold standard in our previous assessment in 2018. Now by achieving Platinum in 2021, we have demonstrated ‘high performance’ in at least seven of the nine assessment criteria showing that we base the Baxall culture and processes on the needs of our organisation and that these elements are understood, respected and adopted by every member of staff, from boardroom through to apprentice.
