Celebrating 40 Years of Mick at Baxall

At our staff Christmas Party on Saturday we had the pleasure of marking a truly incredible milestone – Mick Faloyo’s 40-year journey with us. 🎉

Our Senior Site Manager, Mick, has been a constant source of loyalty, commitment and hard work throughout four decades of change and growth. His dedication has played a huge part in shaping the company we are today. We were also delighted to finally present Mick with his long-awaited Baxall cufflinks, a small gesture recognising his outstanding 40 years of service. 👷‍♂️🎖️
