A Design Co-ordinator is involved from the early stages of a project.
They engage during pre-construction and are a pivotal link between the Client/end users, Design Team and main contractor to ensure the project brief is met. The Design Co-Ordinator works alongside the Architect, Engineers and other Consultants bringing design and construction details together in accordance with contract documents, deadlines and to the requirements and expectations of the Client team. They oversee design progress against the schedule/ programme and budget required by the Client.
