Construction Team PA

A Team PA is the backbone for a project team providing a diverse range of administration support.

They are involved with a project from tender stage through to completion and post contract activities. At the tender stage, they assist with the checking of tender documents received and tracking any tender queries raised. During each project, they are responsible for a wide range of important tasks. Examples include checking, printing and issuing drawings and schedules, taking minutes at monthly Project Review Meetings, collating KPI information, uploading site travel and delivery information onto specific portals and invoicing.

Post contract, the Team PA will collate key Operation & Maintenance files for issue to the end-users and organise the collation of review questionnaires from the Client, consultant team and sub-contractors to obtain feedback on how the project was delivered.
