Baxall Construction is able to offer the services of the CDM Co-ordinator for all projects as described under the CDM Regulations and assist the client to fulfil their duties under these Regulations .
• advise and assist the client with their duties;
• notify the HSE;
• co-ordinate health and safety aspects of the design and
co-operate with others involved with the project;
• facilitate good communication between client, designers
and contractors;
• liaise with the principle contractor regarding the ongoing
design;
• identify, collect and pass on pre-construction information
to those that need it;
• prepare / update the health and safety file;
